About the Role:
USA Winzons is seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our global engineering team. This role begins as a full-time remote position based in India and includes a planned relocation to Berlin, Germany after one year of successful performance and collaboration.
You’ll be working on scalable web and backend applications powering our job-matching and hiring platforms used by thousands of users globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and services
 
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UI/UX, and QA
 
- Write clean, testable code and participate in regular code reviews
 
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance
 
- Assist in deployment, monitoring, and security of web applications
 
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in software development (web/backend/full-stack)
 
- Strong skills in at least one programming language: Python, JavaScript (Node.js), Java, or Go
 
- Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and RESTful APIs
 
- Experience with version control (Git) and agile development workflows
 
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
 
Preferred:
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
 
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
 
- Previous experience in a global or multicultural engineering team
