About the Role:
USA Winzons is looking for a skilled Shopify IT Support Consultant to assist with ongoing e-commerce store maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and optimization of our Shopify-based systems. This is a remote role ideal for someone who has strong knowledge of the Shopify platform and is confident resolving front-end and back-end issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for our Shopify stores, apps, and integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve theme bugs, performance issues, and plugin conflicts
- Customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Manage product uploads, collections, and SEO optimization
- Support integrations with payment gateways, shipping tools, and third-party APIs
- Collaborate with internal teams on website updates, UX fixes, and feature rollouts
- Maintain backups, monitor site performance, and implement security best practices
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience supporting or developing Shopify stores
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify Admin, Liquid, and theme customization
- Familiarity with Shopify apps, APIs, and third-party integrations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong communication skills (English proficiency required)
Preferred:
- Experience with Klaviyo, Google Analytics, or Facebook Pixel setup
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO, or digital marketing tools
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile workflows
