Verification of Address in UK (Newhaven)

I need a freelancer based in Newhaven, UK or the immediate vicinity (Brighton, Eastbourne, Worthing) for a 30minute site verification project.

You would be required to hand-deliver a letter to a office address in Newhaven and a residential address in Newhaven. Both addresses are within 10minutes drive of one another. Site photo is required.

Relatively simple project. Please quote your fees for both visits.
