We are currently looking for a detail-oriented, reliable typist and data entry specialist to assist with ongoing data entry and PDF typing projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing accuracy, strong organizational skills, and experience working with various document formats.
Responsibilities include:
Typing content from scanned PDFs, handwritten notes, and printed materials into digital formats (Word, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, etc.)
Converting non-editable documents into clean, editable files
Maintaining formatting and structure of original documents
Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
Meeting project deadlines consistently
Requirements:
Fast and accurate typing skills
Proven experience in data entry and document processing
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to handle sensitive information securely
