About the position
The Data Entry Clerk/Data Entry III position is part of the Case Management group within T-Mobile’s Legal and Emergency Response team. The role involves analyzing legal documents, applying standard practices for document handling, and coding legal demands for proper routing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of handling sensitive information.
Responsibilities
• Analyze legal documents submitted by law enforcement, private attorneys, and pro se litigants
,
• Apply standard practices and policies in naming documents for proper handling
,
• Code legal demands for proper routing within Legal and Emergency Response
,
• Handle sensitive information as defined by the T-Mobile National Security Agreement (NSA)
,
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned by management
Requirements
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
,
• Completed 10key and regular typing test with a minimum of 45 words per minute and 5,000 keystrokes
,
• Proof of US citizenship in the form of a US birth certificate or US passport
,
• Quick learner with excellent communication skills
,
• Ability to handle graphic photographs or wording
