We are a window, pressure washing, and solar panel cleaning business based in Southern California, looking to expand into government contracting.
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistant or researcher to help us locate and track public sector opportunities within Southern California, including cities and counties across the region.
Responsibilities:
Research and compile active and upcoming government contracts for cleaning services in Southern California.
Monitor platforms such as SAM.gov, Cal eProcure, and local city/county procurement portals.
Locate and document bids, RFPs, RFQs, and service contracts relevant to our business.
Track deadlines, submission requirements, and agency contacts.
Help with registration, compliance, and paperwork if needed (e.g., SAM, DUNS, NAICS).
Organize all findings into a clear and easy-to-follow spreadsheet.
Provide occasional support with bid submissions or follow-ups.
Requirements:
Strong online research skills.
Familiarity with government procurement platforms and bidding processes.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Google Sheets
Clear, professional communication skills.

📌 Project Scope & Budget:
This project will begin as a 1-week trial, with the goal of delivering 10+ relevant contract opportunities for cleaning services in Southern California.
If successful, there is potential for ongoing monthly work and long-term collaboration.
We are open to hourly or fixed-price proposals — please include your rate and estimated time to complete the initial trial.
