Location: Initial onsite training at North Austin/Lakeline, followed by 100% remote work.
General Overview of Tasks:
Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
What You Need to Have:
Microsoft Office Proficiency: Intermediate skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; knowledge of basic Excel formulas, pivot tables, and Outlook organization is beneficial.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively collaborate with remote client teams.
Multi-tasking Ability: Essential for meeting deadlines and providing excellent client service at policy renewal.
Attention to Detail: Critical for ensuring accurate information for client invoicing.
Research Aptitude: Willingness to dig for more information when needed.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
Experience with MS Office and data programs
Familiarity with administrative duties
