We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented data entry specialist to assist with migrating customer services from one billing platform to another. This task is 100% manual and time-consuming, so we need someone with excellent accuracy, patience, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Log into our current billing platform.
Manually copy over customer data and service details to the new platform.
Cross-check entries to ensure accuracy.
Follow a predefined process and naming convention for each entry.
Report progress in a shared tracker (Google Sheet or similar).
Requirements:
Prior experience with manual data entry or administrative tasks.
High level of attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions precisely.
Good communication skills in English.
Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive customer information.
Bonus Points:
Experience with WHMCS, Clientexec, or other billing/hosting systems.
Available to start immediately and commit at least 20 hours per week.
