Job Description

Responsibilities
• Process and validate supplier invoices against delivery documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Perform precise data entry into the company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
• Generate comprehensive monthly payment reports for supplier relationships
• Execute invoice reconciliation processes with attention to detail
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support daily administrative operations with a focus on efficiency
• Collaborate with management to optimize administrative workflows
• Contribute to the improvement of existing processes and procedures
Requirements
• Proven experience in data entry and administrative support roles
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems and business software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in numerical work
