Duties:
Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically.
Retrieve and download information from physical files, as well as service provider’s portals.
Create spreadsheets and transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
Ability to research, investigate, and understand information/documents contained in portals.
Assist with other related administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate daily data entry records.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
Experience with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Word .
Exceptional attention to detail.
Proven data entry work experience as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk .
Experience using office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, copiers, and computers .
Skills & Experience Required:
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot and correct errors in data and documents.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with Excel , Word , and common office equipment.
Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
