Duties:
  • Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically.
  • Retrieve and download information from physical files, as well as service provider’s portals.
  • Create spreadsheets and transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
  • Ability to research, investigate, and understand information/documents contained in portals.
  • Assist with other related administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate daily data entry records.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
  • Experience with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven data entry work experience as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk.
  • Experience using office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, copiers, and computers.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot and correct errors in data and documents.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Excel, Word, and common office equipment.
  • Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
