About the Role:
We are hiring a Data Entry Clerk to support our growing operations. This is a remote position available to applicants based in the United States only. You will play a vital role in ensuring data accuracy and supporting various departments with timely, reliable record keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data into internal systems and spreadsheets
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Perform regular audits to ensure high-quality information
- Assist in generating and organizing reports as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely
- Collaborate with remote teams and respond to data-related queries
Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work in the USA
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
- Strong typing skills (45+ WPM) and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry, admin support, or clerical work
- Experience with CRMs or data management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Airtable)
- Strong communication skills
