Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Support Assistant to help with migrating data between spreadsheets as part of a larger system update project. You will be responsible for accurately transferring, verifying, and organizing data from existing spreadsheets into new formats/templates, ensuring integrity and consistency throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer data from old spreadsheet formats into updated templates
- Validate data accuracy during and after migration
- Flag inconsistencies and duplicate entries
- Follow specific formatting and naming conventions
- Collaborate with team members to clarify any unclear data
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Proven experience with data entry or spreadsheet work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer
