Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HTML Data Entry Assistant to join our digital content team. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting and formatting data using HTML, ensuring that online content is clean, consistent, and properly structured for websites, CMS platforms, or digital archives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Input, edit, and format web-based content using HTML tags
- Upload and organize digital content in CMS platforms or shared directories
- Review and ensure accuracy of structured content (e.g., tables, headings, links, metadata)
- Collaborate with designers, developers, or editors to maintain content standards
- Identify and fix formatting errors or broken HTML elements
- Follow established HTML and content formatting guidelines

- Basic knowledge of HTML (ability to format headings, paragraphs, links, lists, and images)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with web content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla) is a plus
- Proficient with text editors (e.g., Notepad++, VS Code) and spreadsheets
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines in a remote setting
- Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer
