About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Support Specialist to assist with the migration of data between multiple spreadsheets. This role involves consolidating, verifying, and reformatting information into a new structured format with precision and consistency. The work is 100% remote and requires a strong command of Excel or Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer data from old spreadsheets to a new master template
- Ensure formatting, data integrity, and consistency are maintained
- Detect and correct errors or duplications during the migration
- Organize data logically for easier access and reporting
- Follow a set structure and naming convention for uniformity
- Communicate progress and flag issues in a timely manner
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow clear instructions and standard operating procedures
- Experience with spreadsheet formulas (VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, etc.) is a plus
- Good written communication and accountability
