🔍 About the Role:
Our client in the hospitality industry is hiring 5 Data Entry Specialists to support their Business Development Team. This role is a blend of light telesales and data entry, ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident on the phone.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately collect and input business contact info into CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Use a dialler system to call businesses to verify/update data
- Organize business data for clarity and accessibility
- Maintain CRM records with clear documentation of all communications
- Assist in report generation for business development tracking
- Perform light telesales to qualify and engage leads
✅ Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in data entry/admin (B2B or hospitality preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and high data accuracy
- Confident, professional communication over the phone
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to work both independently and within a remote team
- Organized and efficient with time management
