Position Summary:
We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant / Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. This is a long-term, fully remote opportunity ideal for detail-oriented individuals with strong Excel skills. If you can spot errors, stay organized, and think outside the box, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update customer and account information in the database
- Compile, sort, and verify source data before entry
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain data integrity and follow company data protocols
- Identify inconsistencies or issues and escalate as needed
- Support with additional administrative tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of data entry or related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
