Job Overview:
Adaptive Solutions Group is hiring a Data Entry Analyst to support data integrity and lead management through the use of Excel and Salesforce. This role focuses on identifying and resolving data issues, supporting the sales team with reporting, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update data in Salesforce and Excel
- Identify and resolve data gaps or inconsistencies
- Validate lead data accuracy and completeness
- Communicate findings and collaborate with the Sales Team for data correction
- Suggest and implement process improvements for better data handling
- Follow and document internal data processes and workflows

Requirements:
- Prior experience in data entry or a related role
- Strong skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, analysis)
- Experience with Salesforce
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
- Sales/lead qualification experience is a plus
