This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong data entry skills, and the ability to resolve data discrepancies efficiently. • Accurately input client data (name, DOB, SSN, address) into internal systems
• Compare form details with account data and resolve inconsistencies
• Ensure a consistent processing speed of ~4 items/hour (10 minutes per task avg.)
• Follow procedural checklists and maintain data integrity

• 5+ years of experience in data entry or financial operations
• Strong typing and computer literacy
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Financial services background preferred
