• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
• Present and promote our products/services to potential clients
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into customers
• Maintain and update customer database, ensuring accurate records
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas and targets
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions that align with their requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for reaching new business
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate offerings
• Provide timely reports and updates to the sales management team

• Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing (B2B or B2C)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
• Experience with sales metrics and achieving quotas
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business or Marketing is a plus
• Candidates based in California, Las Vegas, or Arizona preferred
