We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cyber Exercise Support Specialist to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and evaluation of cyber exercises and simulations. These exercises are designed to improve the cyber readiness and response capabilities of organizations in the face of emerging cyber threats.

• Assist in the planning and execution of cyber exercises to simulate real-world cyber-attacks and incidents
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement various cybersecurity scenarios
• Develop and maintain exercise scripts, materials, and documentation
• Conduct post-exercise evaluations, including identifying lessons learned and areas for improvement
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve organizational cybersecurity practices
• Stay up to date with the latest cyber threats and trends to ensure exercises remain relevant and effective
• Coordinate with external stakeholders and government agencies to enhance exercise participation and coordination
• Support continuous improvement of cyber defense protocols and incident response strategies

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT, or related roles
• Experience in organizing and supporting cyber exercises, training, or simulations
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS) and industry standards
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting complex information clearly
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Familiarity with cyber incident response and threat intelligence is a plus
• Knowledge of exercise tools, simulation software, and incident management systems is preferred
