About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor to join our BR 42 – VMOA division. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing mortgage loan applications from submission through closing, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering an exceptional borrower experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy
- Gather, verify, and analyze financial documentation
- Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and closing agents
- Order appraisals, credit reports, and verifications
- Track and meet processing deadlines
- Ensure compliance with lending regulations (e.g., RESPA, TILA, HMDA)

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 2+ years of mortgage loan processing experience
- Familiarity with Encompass, Calyx, or similar LOS platforms
- Strong understanding of conventional and government loans (FHA, VA, USDA)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple loan files and deadlines efficiently
