We are seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Vice President of Business Development to spearhead our expansion initiatives and lead high-impact partnerships. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive role is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and leading a high-performing business development team.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the company’s business development strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Identify, evaluate, and close strategic partnership and revenue opportunities
  • Build and lead a results-driven business development team
  • Manage C-level relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive go-to-market plans
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, investor meetings, and client events
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and emerging technologies to inform strategy
✅ Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales leadership
  • Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals and scaling revenue

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
