π About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and motivated Real Estate Sales Recruiter to join our team and help us identify top talent for our growing real estate business. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting real estate agents to help them succeed within our organization. Your expertise in recruiting and your passion for real estate will play a key role in expanding our network of successful agents.
As a Real Estate Sales Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with management to attract, assess, and hire high-performing real estate agents who will help drive the success of the business. Your focus will be on sourcing candidates, building relationships, and creating a pipeline of top-tier talent.
π Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit real estate sales agents through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to job offer and onboarding
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate professionals to create a strong network of candidates
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on best recruiting practices
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and keep the applicant tracking system up to date
- Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market
- Coordinate new agent onboarding and provide support during the initial stages of their career
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate quality, and agent retention

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sales, preferably within the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of the real estate sales process and the qualities of a successful agent
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and create a positive candidate experience
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for finding the right fit for the team
- Real estate license is a plus, but not required
