We are seeking an experienced Commercial Contract Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and reviewing various commercial contracts to ensure they align with company policies, legal standards, and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of contract law, experience in managing commercial agreements, and strong negotiation skills.
As a key player in our legal department, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks, ensure compliance, and support business development through effective contract management.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, NDAs, and licensing agreements
- Provide legal counsel and advice to internal teams regarding contract obligations, risks, and compliance
- Ensure that contracts are legally sound and reflect the company’s best interests
- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure the timely execution of contracts
- Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations in compliance with company policies
- Identify potential legal risks and recommend strategies to mitigate those risks
- Conduct legal research to stay up-to-date on applicable laws and regulations

✅ Qualifications:
