This role is ideal for someone with experience in aesthetic medicine, beauty, or luxury wellness, who understands the nuances of patient trust, before-and-after storytelling, and social media strategy.
✨ Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Create visually appealing, HIPAA-compliant content including reels, before/after transformations, testimonials, and educational posts
- Write clear, engaging captions, blog posts, and newsletters tailored to our audience
- Manage and grow social media engagement through comments, DMs, and community interaction
- Collaborate with the medical team for authentic content capture (consultations, post-ops, etc.)
- Monitor trends and patient FAQs to shape timely, relevant content
- Report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)
🧠 Qualifications:
- 2+ years in content creation, social media marketing, or aesthetic industry marketing
- Strong eye for design and visual storytelling
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite, or mobile video editing apps
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and sensitivity in medical aesthetics
- Strong writing skills and understanding of tone, branding, and visual identity
- Experience managing online communities and/or influencer collaborations a plus
