About the Role
As a Product Information Specialist, you will manage our Inriver Product Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and consistent product data across all internal systems and customer-facing platforms. Working cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, regulatory, and IT teams, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how Jacuzzi’s product data supports both B2B and DTC e-commerce efforts across North American and international markets.
This role is ideal for a data-driven individual with deep attention to detail, a strong sense of process, and the ability to collaborate across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
🔧 PIM System Management
- Own and operate the Inriver PIM platform, including data acquisition, formatting, uploads, and system integrity.
- Perform bulk data loads, updates, and cleansing across product categories.
- Act as the go-to internal advisor for all things PIM—onboarding new users and providing training across departments.
🌍 Cross-Platform & Cross-Functional Integration
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Regulatory teams to gather, update, and validate product information.
- Manage and optimize data integrations between PIM and systems such as ERP, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC B2C), and dealer platforms via APIs and SFTP tools.
📈 Data Governance & Quality Control
- Conduct regular system audits and health checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of product data.
- Establish and maintain metadata standards, digital asset tagging, and internal protocols for content updates and technical specifications.
🚀 Strategic Support
- Support product launches and updates by coordinating global product rollouts and ensuring data readiness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by optimizing workflows and championing best practices.
What You Bring to the Table
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with PIM systems, preferably Inriver.
- Experience working with eCommerce platforms; Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is a strong plus.
- Expertise in data formats such as Excel, CSV, JSON, and XML.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with the full Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with file transfer tools (e.g., SFTP).
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and across diverse teams.
