We are seeking a visionary Spatial Web Technologies Manager to lead our cutting-edge projects in spatial computing and immersive web technologies. • Strategy Development: Lead the vision and strategy for the implementation of spatial web technologies across platforms, focusing on creating immersive and engaging user experiences.
• Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of AR, VR, geospatial data, and 3D assets into our products, ensuring seamless interactions and user engagement.
• Team Leadership: Manage a diverse team of developers, engineers, and designers working on spatial web projects. Provide mentorship and guidance to support their professional growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product management, to align spatial web development with business goals and user needs.
• Innovation & Research: Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in spatial web technologies and contribute to the company’s innovation pipeline by exploring new technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that the developed technologies meet high standards of quality, performance, and scalability across multiple devices and platforms.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their spatial web needs and tailor solutions to meet their unique requirements.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in spatial web technologies, immersive media (AR/VR), geospatial data, or 3D computing. At least 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of AR/VR platforms, 3D modeling tools, geospatial technologies, WebXR, and related technologies (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, WebGL, WebAssembly).
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, Python, or C++. Experience with APIs for AR/VR devices (e.g., Oculus, Magic Leap).
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience leading teams and delivering complex technical projects on time.
• Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire a technical team, manage cross-functional collaboration, and drive alignment with organizational goals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred: Experience with spatial data visualization, geospatial mapping, GIS (Geographic Information Systems), or large-scale 3D data processing.
