In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development and execution of direct marketing campaigns to reach new and existing customers. • Assist in the development, implementation, and management of direct marketing campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, direct mail, digital ads)
• Create compelling and persuasive content that aligns with campaign objectives and target audience
• Coordinate the design, execution, and optimization of marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand standards
• Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and metrics to optimize future campaigns
• Support the team in customer segmentation and targeting strategies for better outreach
• Maintain customer databases, ensuring that all data is accurate and up to date
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales and product, to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals
• Manage campaign timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to provide insights and recommendations for improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in direct marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (email marketing software, Google Analytics, CRM systems)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email, SMS, paid advertising, social media)
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting
