USA Winzons is looking for a motivated and experienced Virtual Branch Manager to join our dynamic life insurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our virtual branch, managing a team of life insurance agents, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. As a Virtual Branch Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, improving customer retention, and managing operational workflows, all while working remotely.

πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the virtual branch, including managing a team of insurance agents
  • Set and track sales goals, and provide guidance and support to team members in achieving targets
  • Lead virtual meetings and provide training and coaching to ensure team success
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, enhance customer retention, and expand market reach
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complex issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and claims, to improve branch performance
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for individual agents and the branch as a whole
  • Maintain accurate records of team performance, client interactions, and sales activities
  • Manage operational workflows, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
βœ… Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in life insurance, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role
  • Strong knowledge of life insurance products, sales techniques, and industry regulations
  • Proven track record of managing and motivating a team to achieve sales targets and performance goals
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with virtual management and remote team leadership
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and challenges
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual communication tools
