About the Role:
USA Winzons is looking for a motivated and experienced Virtual Branch Manager to join our dynamic life insurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our virtual branch, managing a team of life insurance agents, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. As a Virtual Branch Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, improving customer retention, and managing operational workflows, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the virtual branch, including managing a team of insurance agents
- Set and track sales goals, and provide guidance and support to team members in achieving targets
- Lead virtual meetings and provide training and coaching to ensure team success
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, enhance customer retention, and expand market reach
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complex issues with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and claims, to improve branch performance
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for individual agents and the branch as a whole
- Maintain accurate records of team performance, client interactions, and sales activities
- Manage operational workflows, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in life insurance, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products, sales techniques, and industry regulations
- Proven track record of managing and motivating a team to achieve sales targets and performance goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with virtual management and remote team leadership
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and challenges
- Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual communication tools
