About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our post-sales team at USA Winzons. This role focuses on nurturing existing client relationships, ensuring customer success, and maximizing the value we deliver to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, exceptional customer service, and the ability to handle complex client needs.
As a Senior Account Manager on the West Coast, you will be the point of contact for our key clients, ensuring they receive outstanding support and services after the sale is complete. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, managing expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction from onboarding to ongoing relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders in post-sales
- Customer Success: Ensure successful onboarding, training, and implementation for all clients
- Problem Solving: Resolve client issues and provide proactive solutions to improve client experiences
- Account Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure client success and timely delivery of services
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor client health, track key metrics, and report progress to senior management
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with new product features, ensuring clients are leveraging solutions effectively

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably in a post-sales environment
- Strong understanding of account management principles and customer success strategies
- Proven experience handling large, complex accounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level clients
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while managing a variety of accounts
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in SaaS or tech industries is a plus
- Based on the West Coast (Pacific or Mountain Time Zone) preferred
