About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated New Customer Acquisition Representative I to join our growing sales team at USA Winzons. This role will focus on acquiring new customers, generating leads, and driving growth in our client base. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Qualify leads and convert them into new customer relationships
- Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in CRM systems
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in sales, customer acquisition, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with cold-calling and lead generation
- Must be located in Jacksonville, FL or willing to relocate
- Experience with B2B or B2C sales is a plus
