About the Role:
USA Winzons is hiring an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery. This fully remote position is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are skilled in aligning project goals with business objectives. Preference will be given to candidates located in Eastern or Central Time Zones for optimal team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management across multiple teams and initiatives
- Develop project scopes, schedules, milestones, and resource plans
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion within scope and budget
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define objectives and track KPIs
- Identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks
- Facilitate regular status updates, team meetings, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Management, or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience (Agile or Waterfall)
- PMP, Scrum, or related certification preferred
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage remote teams
- Must reside in Eastern or Central Timezones (required)
