USA Winzons is seeking a detail-oriented Back-End Insurance Verification Specialist to join our remote team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely insurance validation and coordination, contributing to the success of our patient care and billing operations. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must reside in the Dallas or Plano, TX area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct back-end insurance verification for patient claims
- Confirm patient eligibility, benefits, and authorization requirements
- Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve discrepancies
- Input and update patient insurance details in the database accurately
- Collaborate with billing and front-end teams to ensure seamless claims processing
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and internal confidentiality standards
- Communicate professionally with healthcare providers and clients

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred
- 1–2 years of insurance verification or healthcare billing experience
- Familiarity with major insurance carriers and healthcare terms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office
- Must live in Dallas or Plano, TX (required for onboarding and occasional in-person meetings)
