About the Role:
USA Winzons is actively hiring a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist – Collections to join our healthcare billing team. This position plays a vital role in improving cash flow by following up on outstanding claims, reducing AR days, and resolving denials effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve unpaid claims and balances with insurance providers and patients
- Follow up on denied or underpaid claims via phone or electronic communication
- Accurately document all collection activities in the billing system
- Collaborate with coding, billing, and patient support teams to resolve issues
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory requirements
- Analyze trends in denials and assist in improving internal processes

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in medical billing and collections (RCM experience required)
- Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and insurance workflows
- Familiarity with commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid claims
- Proficient in using EHRs/EMRs and claims processing software
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management in a remote setting
