About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Application Systems Specialist to join our CNP (Customer Network Platform) Application Systems Department, focusing on the NexSys platform. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing critical application systems that support enterprise-level processes and customer engagement.
You will serve as a subject matter expert in NexSys and play a key role in systems integration, issue resolution, performance optimization, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical implementation, support, and maintenance of NexSys applications within the CNP ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and infrastructure staff
- Troubleshoot application issues, manage incidents, and coordinate with vendors when needed
- Ensure system security, compliance, and optimal performance
- Document workflows, system configurations, and technical specifications
- Recommend system enhancements and automation opportunities
- Provide user support, training, and guidance on application features and best practices
- Participate in audits, testing, and software upgrades

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise application systems
- Prior experience working with NexSys platform is highly preferred
