Position Overview:
As the VP of Business Development, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the growth of the company’s business development strategy. This includes identifying new opportunities, forging partnerships, leading negotiations, and managing the business development team. You will play a key role in executing the company’s vision by expanding our market reach and achieving long-term revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with company goals to increase market share, revenue, and profitability.
- Build and Foster Relationships: Cultivate long-term, high-value relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders across various industries.
- Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Identify emerging market trends, competitive landscape insights, and untapped opportunities to drive sustainable business growth.
- Negotiate & Close Deals: Lead high-stakes negotiations with clients, partners, and vendors to close deals that benefit the company and ensure future success.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the business development team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their performance and achieve departmental goals.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure business development efforts align with broader company initiatives and capabilities.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development activities, track progress, and report results to senior leadership.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving revenue growth

- In-depth knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques
