Position Overview:
As the Officer II, Global OverOps Finance and Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations across multiple regions, identifying operational inefficiencies, and providing data-driven insights to improve performance. You will collaborate with finance and operations teams to streamline processes, support financial decision-making, and contribute to the optimization of global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and reporting for global operations, focusing on efficiency and profitability
- Work closely with finance and operations teams to identify areas for process improvement
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize global financial operations
- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasts
- Monitor and track global financial performance, analyzing variances and trends
- Implement best practices for financial operations and reporting
- Prepare and present regular financial performance reports to senior management
- Support the coordination of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for global operations
