As the Job Training and Education Expert (AER7), you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and overseeing a variety of training programs aimed at equipping individuals with the skills they need to thrive in their careers. • Develop and design customized training programs for diverse professional groups
• Lead the implementation and execution of training initiatives for individuals and teams
• Assess training needs through consultations with clients and stakeholders
• Provide one-on-one coaching and group education sessions to improve job performance and skillsets
• Evaluate training outcomes and continuously improve educational programs based on feedback and performance metrics
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in education, learning technologies, and industry best practices
• Create educational materials, manuals, and digital resources to enhance the learning experience
• Ensure training programs align with business objectives and industry standards
• Maintain and track employee learning records, certifications, and progress
• Support the development of career development pathways for clients or employees

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in educational training or instructional design
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, including virtual and in-person formats
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in training
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Experience in career coaching, job readiness training, or workforce development is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to various learning styles
