Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design customized training programs for diverse professional groups

- Provide one-on-one coaching and group education sessions to improve job performance and skillsets
- Evaluate training outcomes and continuously improve educational programs based on feedback and performance metrics

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in educational training or instructional design

- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Experience in career coaching, job readiness training, or workforce development is a plus
