Position Overview:
As the Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day activities of the QA team, ensuring efficient workflow and timely project delivery
- Develop and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices
- Conduct and oversee testing activities for software, products, or services across all stages of development
- Identify, analyze, and document defects, issues, and discrepancies; work with development teams to resolve them
- Prepare and execute test cases, reports, and results documentation
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is integrated into all phases of product development
- Monitor team performance, provide mentorship, and support skill development
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the QA processes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
- Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methods and tools
- Experience with QA processes, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
