Position Overview:
As our Analytics Manager – CRO, you’ll be the driving force behind improving user journeys and increasing conversions across digital properties. You’ll lead A/B testing strategies, interpret web analytics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRO strategy to improve key KPIs (conversion, bounce, engagement, etc.)
- Manage and analyze A/B, multivariate, and usability testing initiatives
- Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to identify friction points and optimize funnels
- Analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Mixpanel
- Develop detailed reporting dashboards and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Identify audience segments and tailor optimization tactics accordingly
- Maintain documentation of tests, insights, and business impact

Qualifications:
- 4+ years in analytics, digital marketing, or product optimization
- Proven track record of successful CRO implementations
- Deep knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker, or similar tools
- Familiar with experimentation platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, etc.)
- Strong understanding of UX principles and behavioral psychology
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
