🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate engineering support services for multi-disciplinary projects
- Define and optimize service delivery processes for efficiency and scalability
- Manage a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff across active projects
- Oversee technical documentation, compliance, and quality assurance
- Collaborate with product development, operations, and leadership to align engineering outputs with business goals
- Maintain strong vendor and partner relationships to support operational needs
- Track KPIs and report on engineering service performance metrics
✅ Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or similar); Master’s preferred
- 5+ years of experience in engineering services, operations, or project delivery roles
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, service workflows, and quality systems
- Familiarity with CAD, ERP, and engineering management software
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
