π About the Role:
Weβre seeking a driven and dynamic SMB Acquisition Account Executive to join our fast-growing sales team. In this fully remote role, youβll be responsible for identifying, targeting, and closing new business opportunities with small to mid-sized businesses across the Midwest region.

π Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle β from lead generation to closing β for SMB clients in the Midwest.
- Engage prospects via phone, email, and virtual meetings to identify business needs.
- Present product demos and customized solutions that address customer pain points.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and customer success teams.
- Manage and maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications:
- 2β5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or tech-related environments.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and closing new accounts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfort working in a remote-first environment and independently managing your territory.
- Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
