Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about the surgical process, postoperative care, and potential complications.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Patient Advocacy: Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Compliance: Ensure that all patient care practices comply with institutional policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN): Must hold an active RN license in [State].
