We are seeking an experienced Spatial Web Technologies Manager to lead the development and execution of cutting-edge spatial computing initiatives. • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall strategy for spatial web technologies, including AR, virtual reality (VR), and Web3 integration.
• Team Management: Lead a team of engineers, developers, and designers to build and optimize spatial computing platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
• Innovation & Development: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and innovations in spatial computing, AR, VR, and the metaverse, and incorporate them into our products and solutions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and deployment of spatial web technologies.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of spatial web projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• User Experience (UX): Ensure that the spatial web experiences are user-centric, immersive, and intuitive for end-users, optimizing the flow of interactions within the virtual environment.
• Integration & Scalability: Design and implement scalable solutions that can seamlessly integrate spatial computing technologies into existing platforms and products.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure the success and effectiveness of spatial web initiatives, using data to optimize ongoing projects.
• Thought Leadership: Act as an internal and external thought leader on the future of spatial computing, Web3, and immersive technologies, representing the company at conferences, webinars, and industry events.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in managing or developing spatial web technologies, AR/VR, Web3, or related fields, with a proven track record of successful project leadership
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of spatial computing, 3D modeling, immersive technologies (AR, VR, MR), and Web3 technologies
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and clear direction
• Skills:
  • Strong proficiency with development frameworks, AR/VR platforms, and spatial computing technologies
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Unity, Unreal Engine, WebGL, JavaScript, and Python
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and UX/UI in immersive environments
  • Ability to assess technical risks and implement solutions to mitigate them
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or PhD preferred)

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and edge computing
  • Experience with augmented reality hardware, including HoloLens or Magic Leap
