Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly skilled Federate Location Specialist to work remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integration and optimization of federated services across multiple platforms, focusing on seamless connectivity and data security. You will play a key role in providing scalable solutions, managing federated environments, and working closely with clients to enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Federation Management: Implement and manage federated authentication and authorization processes
- System Integration: Work with various internal and external platforms to integrate federated systems securely
- Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose, resolve, and optimize federated services, ensuring high availability and performance
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, security, and IT support
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all federated services comply with internal security policies and regulatory requirements
- Documentation & Training: Create technical documentation and provide training to clients and internal teams on federated solutions

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working in federated authentication, SSO (Single Sign-On), or identity management systems
- Experience with platforms like PingFederate, OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and networking principles
- Ability to troubleshoot complex federated authentication issues
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Certifications in identity management or security are a plus
