Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Post-Sales Support: Oversee client onboarding, training, and product adoption to maximize the value of the product or service provided.
- Account Retention & Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and manage renewals to drive revenue growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to address client needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Client Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback on product features, service delivery, and process improvements.
- Reporting: Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and deliver regular reports to both clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, post-sales, customer success, or client services.
- Strong understanding of SaaS or technology products and the post-sales lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives.
- Track record of driving customer retention, renewal, and revenue growth.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelorโs degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
