We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Post-Sales Team on the West Coast. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring successful onboarding, product adoption, and long-term success with our solutions. You will manage high-value accounts, drive customer retention, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver superior service.   • Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Post-Sales Support: Oversee client onboarding, training, and product adoption to maximize the value of the product or service provided.
  • Account Retention & Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and manage renewals to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to address client needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback on product features, service delivery, and process improvements.
  • Reporting: Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and deliver regular reports to both clients and internal teams.

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, post-sales, customer success, or client services.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS or technology products and the post-sales lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives.
  • Track record of driving customer retention, renewal, and revenue growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
