• Learn and assist in the development of web, mobile, or backend applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with senior developers and participate in code reviews
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product
• Stay updated with new technologies and development trends

• Education: B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc (IT/CS), MCA, M.Tech or related field
• Basic understanding of programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Strong logical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• No prior work experience required – training provided

• Stipend during training: ₹12,000–₹18,000/month
• Post-training salary: ₹3–4.5 LPA
• 3–6 month structured training with mentorship
