Junior Business Analyst / Data Analyst

USA WINZONS is expanding its analytics and strategy teams! We’re looking for smart, analytical minds to join us as Junior Business Analysts and Data Analysts. Whether you’re a fresher ready to start your data career or an experienced candidate looking for growth, this opportunity is for you.

Junior Business Analyst:

• Analyze business processes and provide improvement recommendations
• Collect and interpret data to support decision-making
• Assist in preparing business reports and presentations
• Collaborate with internal departments and clients to gather requirements
• Support project planning and tracking

Data Analyst:

• Work with large data sets to identify trends and insights
• Build dashboards, data visualizations, and reports
• Clean and organize raw data for analysis
• Use tools like Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI or Tableau
• Support business stakeholders with ad-hoc data requests

• Freshers with a degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, or similar
• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in analytics or reporting
• Basic understanding of Excel, SQL, or data tools (training provided for freshers)
• Strong communication, analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in a remote team or hybrid environment

• Freshers: $18–$24/hour
• Experienced: $25–$35/hour (based on skill and domain)
• Paid training & certification support

• Growth path to Senior Analyst or Business Consultant
