USA WINZONS is hiring a remote Data Entry Specialist to assist with reviewing files in Google Drive and transferring key information into our project management platform, SmartSuite. This is an ideal role for someone who is tech-savvy, focused, and reliable β no previous experience with SmartSuite is required, full training provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Search, organize, and retrieve documents from Google Drive
- Accurately enter structured data into SmartSuite fields
- Ensure files are properly labeled, named, and tracked
- Follow predefined workflows for categorizing and tagging files
- Communicate progress and status updates with the team lead

Youβre a Good Fit If You Have:
- Basic experience using Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, search function)
- Comfortable with online software and learning new tools (SmartSuite training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and typing accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A reliable internet connection and a desktop/laptop
