Job Overview:
USA WINZONS is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to support our sales team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sales data. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining CRM records, preparing reports, and assisting the sales team with administrative tasks that ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage customer and sales data in the CRM system
- Prepare sales reports and performance summaries
- Assist in processing orders, invoices, and client records
- Maintain accurate records of sales communications and interactions
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth data flow and timely updates
- Perform other administrative support tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (sales-related experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Excellent typing speed and attention to detail
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- High school diploma required; further education is a plus
